What you will Learn

Baking has always been associated with flours, eggs, butter, and milk. Slowly but surely a large part of the population has started looking for healthier options. For numerous reasons, clients today are looking out for healthier choices that are still high on taste. The challenge is to teach skills and opportunities that can be non-traditional and still use baking methods to create desserts that are free from gluten or eggs and/or dairy. The demand is small today but growing fast.
