What you will Learn

This Training is Designed to give you complete learning on Baker, Confectionery and Cake Art. You will start with a Basic understanding of Baking classification like Bread, Pastries, Cookies, Cake, Snacks, Desserts - Both Vegetarian and Regular. As you progress through your weeks you will also learn Advance Cake Decoration, starting from the basics to making Large sugar, chocolate structures as well as Plated desserts. Your learning will also expose you to Bakery management, Hygiene, Costing and New Product Development.
