What you will Learn

Every hotel or restaurant showcases chocolate and/or sugar masterpiece on festive occasions or parties. This is often a segment that is outsourced, and there are many opportunities to free-lance in this field. Every self-respecting chocolate sculptor is just that- a sculptor par excellence as both chocolate and sugar are difficult ingredients to work with. They are temperamental and require precision to achieve perfection.
